Mine reset on the card renewal date..... I did have two cards and I did get two bonus points the first year... But they won't do that anymore
My renewal is November and since I hadn't used it since September after hitting the $30k spend bonus I started using it again in November. However none of the purchases on it in November or December counted toward the first $10k bonus so in my case it seems to be reset on January 1.
