Even then, it would be wasted on the holiday crowd in Europe as Europe is 220v anyway.

In fact I can only think of Japan and North/Central/South America, Carribean which is 110v. Places all of which require either 1900MHZ capability or 3G.
My less than one month old Nokia E70 shipped with a dual voltage charger that worked fine in 110V a couple of weeks ago in Vermont.

Maybe as Shuttle-Bored says, as it's a business orientated handset it ships with a dual voltage charger, but the consumer ones don't?
