I am amazed that Nokia are even giving chargers which are not dual voltage. I really don't think them not being universal voltage can that be much of a cost saving surely?
Especially with something like a mobile phone. However having said that I wouldn't be surprised if the vast majority don't roam with their phones as it is 'too expensive'.
Even then, it would be wasted on the holiday crowd in Europe as Europe is 220v anyway.
In fact I can only think of Japan and North/Central/South America, Carribean which is 110v. Places all of which require either 1900MHZ capability or 3G.
