How do you find fare basis for past flight?

Help! I don't retain boarding passes/receipts once the flights track to my BA account.
Just did a MR on AA to get the remaining tier points to re-qualify for Silver.
Looking today at my BA account, two BA flights from LHR to NCL are still appearing on my statement, but now the 20 tier points that had originally appeared for each of those flights reads "0".
I am positive those two flights earned domestic UK tier points, but I only need one of them to track correctly . . . I have 3 BA flights this membership year that qualify towards the 4 flights needed, but the remaining tier points for Silver were earned in AA First.
How can I get the 20 tier points put back, as I have no idea when they were taken away and why (the two flights were in May and June this year); the points were still appearing in August, as best I remember.
