We do, we really do !! but have you ever heard of the phrase "making the river go up the mountain"
The people who make decisions are so far out of touch with reality you might as well take a leak in a force 8 gale as the after effect will be a lot more satisfying. If KLM were in anyway slightly interested in being a pro-active business they would be actively talking to its customers who spend money with them and at one time cared about the airline being a long term player. For me now and many others I guess we would not pee on their planes if they were on fire
