A SIN run would do wonders towards keeping my Plat status. NW Worldvacations is having a sale right now and I could get a DTW-NRT-SIN-NRT-DTW run plus 3 hotel nights for $1000 all-in. Very tempting. Probably not the cheapest way to get 20,000 miles, but definitely the least hassle/most enjoyable way.
