I have to be honest, I love that trivia game. Being able to play against others on the plane just makes it a lot more fun. That being said, I never had to do more than barely brush the screen with my finger to make it work. I wonder what happens to the screens as they age? Do they become less sensitive to the touch? That could be a big problem.
