Well except that they are clearly in the wrong according to Transport Canada and a 7 hour consequential delay and $200 of Milton money for someone now not wanting to fly AC is hardly generous. J class was nice but not necc. what they would have wanted. When TC gets involved what level of customer you are is not relevant. Having a ruling on point and ignoring it is not wise from AC's perspective.
