Happy to report that a FEB FRA-LAX upgraded with a US systemwide finally posted.
It took 6 months, faxing BP and ticket info 3 times, until it got to some "resolution department" which didn't resolve anything, so that is when I blew a gasket with a service director at MP.

Basically i told her that I did not care about their problems with getting LH to post miles. That is THEIR problem. MY problem is with United's MP, with whom I have a business relationship.

After 10 minutes of my rant, she said ' I do hold a certain amount of power around here, let me see" and a few minutes later the flight was posted.

Now- why we could not have had this conversation in Feb., you guess is as good as mine.
