Basically if one renews after the 20th of any month the membership will be valid until one year + 1 month of the month one renews in. (Not sure if that sentence makes sense or not.

Have you ever looked at purchasing an Air Canada Maple Leaf Club membership to access the UARCC? It is much cheaper and you can access any RCC in the USA.
