If so that would be 15,000 points earned (platinum + standard points) and the Marriott Gift check would only cost you 120,000 points as a platinum member. Pretty sweet!

I forgot the platinum bonus points - but yeah I called the hotel to ask about using the gift cheques and you just charge everything to the room and settle it with the front desk
