As of today, I achieved Diamond level for the 1st time. This is great because I need to stay at a "sold out" hotel in 2 weeks. How do I take advantage of getting a reservation at a sold-out property? Will it just let me do it on-line with Diamond Status or do I have to call reservations? Thanks for your help.
