I often take flights to domestic destinations at the peak hour (7 am) and honestly I've never show up in ORY more than 30 min (especially if I've already checked in via af.com).
At noon, it can be even easier. The renovated hall 2 where your flight to NCE departs is pretty fluid now.
30 min before and you'll be confortable.
