Here in Los Angeles there is a fairly new upscale BBQ called "Boneyard Bistro", that has gotten thumbs up reviews from the major critics. Their signature side dish is something that I would describe as deep fried macaroni and cheese croquettes. They are incredible. So much so, that I served them last month at a dinner party for ten.
