I think there might be an issue with the display and/or logic behind the date value for reward tickets on hold. I held a ticket to HNL late Tuesday night/early Wednesday morning and printed off a copy of the reservation yesterday. It clearly indicated that the tickets would be held until midnight tonight central time. I checked this morning and the reservation did not exist under Manage Reservations, which would lead me to believe that it was cancelled last evening. Yes, shame on me for not calling yesterday for the extension but this could cause a lot of frustration for other users. Unfortunately I could not recreate the reservation this morning, but did piece together something similar on different dates.
