Thanks for the non-800 number. I've been unable to call the PLAT number from Kabul, because the call center is apparently now in India and Skype no longer works. I ended up having my wife change the class to V for $76 more and just ticketed it. I think it's a web site error, and that the price I paid was the correct one. I'll send customer service an email though.
