Hi Everyone, I've updated the master list in post #1 with the new issues reported from posts #104 to present. Also, new to the master list, I've broken out the resolved issues into a separate section. We did have a significant maintenance release earlier today (20-Sep).

Thanks
entropy. I've added your Israel site content issues to the master list under
Other. We'll get your TLV Kosher celebrity chefs and menus up if it's the last thing we do!

There have been a few variations of this bug, but in the last few months what has been happening is after the first search the DD and MM are flipped for the departure date only. It doesnt matter whether you correct it before revising your search it will still return an error message and take you to the advanced booking screen. Ironically once at this screen -even with the depature date still showing the wrong format, and without altering anything, if you press search it works fine!
Thanks
kilo. I've experienced this in the past as well, but always had a difficult time re-creating it. The detail you provided was very helpful, and I've added this issue to the master list under
Booking.

Don't do it

Excellent point. It will be done. Added to master list under

I have no idea where it got April 18 from.
Thanks
xyzzy. I'll admit, we're having a hard time re-creating this issue. I've added this to the master list under
Still Researching/Unable to Re-create, and will ask that if anyone experiences this issue again to please PM me the specific example.

From co.com main page I put in all the details for SAN-DFW on 9/15-17. I picked out all the flights and hit "reserve" for a "new traveler." The new traveler info page popped up and I entered ALL his data. Then clicked on reserve and the same page popped up without ALL his info. So, I put it in again and clicked on "review seats" and the same thing happened. I put in his name and clicked on "back" and the same thing happened. So now I have two choices - to either open a new window and create a new traveler through the "my account" page or to book the ticket in my name and then call co.com support to change it.
Thanks
familyflier, this is on the master list under
Booking ("Intermittent issues with saved travelers"). I appreciate the details you provided, and apologize for the hassle.

There is no connection.
This is the 3rd or 4th error that has shown up with this reservation that I have had to call about but this time the Elite Desk says they don't see this on their end. The last error was - I logged in and saw 6 flight segments (should be 2 booked segments and 2 mileage upgrade waitlist segments but they had me waitlisted on 2 segments for each flight)....
Thanks
Pinky, this is on the master list under
Manage Reservations ("Itineraries sometimes do not display properly when there has been a schedule change and/or if there is a waitlisted flight").

BTW, this happens on both Firefox (1.5.0.6, the latest) and IE 6.0
Thanks
EvolvedApe, our maintenance release earlier today should address this issue. If your reservation is still active, please give it another try. If it's still not working properly, please PM me with your confirmation number.

Thanks
flyingfriar. My understanding is that we haven't made any recent changes to the layout of our 777 online seatmap. That said, we'll take a look and compare it to what is on SeatGuru. Thanks for the heads-up.

xyzzy, I appreciate the specific example of this issue.

No problem searching for other destinations.
Searching for reward travel on the same routes works correctly, though.
Also, when it's a flight number with a scheduled change of aircraft (CO63 MAD-EWR-IAH, for instance) the seat map for the second segment does not show up.
Thanks
El_Chiango. The level of detail you provided was very helpful. I can see the issue you're referring to, and have added it to the master list under
Booking.

This is different, but maybe not a problem. When trying to book a Co.com special to N.Y.C., I could only specify one airport for the special. In other words, this week if I fly from CLE to EWR or LGA, the flight it $99 RT if flown Sat with a return Monday. However, if I want to fly Sat to EWR and return Monday from LGA, it prices out at $580. Conversely, if I fly to LGA and return from LGA, it is again $99. I thought that NYC was considered one airport and the fares from one airport were the same as another assuming all other booking factors were constant. Are the fare rules for these tickets airport specific even in the NY metropolitan area or is this another website glitch? BTW, the reason I could not go into LGA on Sat is that the only cheap flight was at 5:30PM, which was too late for me. Thanks.
Thanks
radonc1. I'm going to research this a little further before adding it to the master list. It's very possible that this priced correctly - as LGA and EWR are sometimes not considered co-terminous when it comes to our most deeply discounted fares.

CO 1E is correct, this did used to also happen on the old site. We did make some changes to reward reissues in our maintenance release earlier today. So please give it another try, and send me a PM with the details if it's still not working for you.

ng_iint. I believe this was addressed in our maintenance release earlier today. Please let report back if this is not the case.

Weatherboy, looks like you're trying to break the time-space continuum as well. I've added this to the master list under
