Too bad they can't just make a notation of the pending choice in the database which pops up when one goes to their summary page or MMP overview. Why depend on the vagaries of e-mail? Wait! I'm saying united.bomb is a better idea than e-mail. 40 lashes, old man

Anyway, perhaps the OP could call back at a later date and ask to hear their account notations
