Just informed today that my account has been unblocked after a month. They thought there was something wrong with the info. on my account so they closed it. Guess they finally decided I wasn't doing anything wrong afterall and gave me access to my miles again. Problem now is they reset my PIN code and so I have to wait another 3 weeks (mail takes forever to get to Poland) to get the new PIN.
