Is there any new information on this?

I don't see any real explanation for the PMS Rate. I have a reservation showing up as $0.00 at the PMS Rate. Diamond desk had no idea what this was.

I had asked for an additional room/upgrade from the hotel directly, and in addition to my GLONP7 award reservation I also see a separate reservation, same hotel, at the PMS Rate of $0.00.

Am I getting a free 2nd room or will they ask me for more points (or money) when I arrive?

Curious as to what actually happened at check-in for people who had this Rate code. It does show my address as Dallas, TX for some reason (as mentioned in post #3
