3A works. I just like it further up. Are you on 90 or 84? Either way the view of the city (Especially if you're on the direct approach, if they're looping around you're much higher up) is spectacular. I can spot all my favorite places, that's a big part about why I love that seat.

I'm on 90...assuming no long delays, we'll be landing with plenty of light still, even despite the time of year. I was on 90 at this exact time last year as well...it'll be sunset, but that's just prettier, IMO. I've only ever been on the right side of the plane before, just due to logistics in past trips. I'm looking forward to the view.
Sounds like we're gonna be there at the same time, actually. I'm in on the 30th, out on the 11th. My only true vacation of the year.
