3A works. I just like it further up. Are you on 90 or 84? Either way the view of the city (Especially if you're on the direct approach, if they're looping around you're much higher up) is spectacular. I can spot all my favorite places, that's a big part about why I love that seat.

On flight 90, if the flight is a little late it might be past sunset on Nov-Dec. Views are still spectacular but not as on a daylight landing. If the plane takes the loop around approach you get views of the airport if you seat on the left hand side of the plane. The left hand side of the plane (A seats) gets better views of Tel Aviv all the way through.
Per coach seating, I love the isle seat on the 2-seaters of row 44 on either side. It's the only seat in coach you can stand up and get to the lav at any point including when the food cart is just next to you. The noise from the lav behind is not as bad as it may seems.
