I've had one CO-operated NW flight upgraded and miles posted (the other hasn't). The one that did post came with CSB (100% miles) and it was a gate (or in-cabin "battlefield") upgrade. Has anyone who has flown such flights upgraded in advance by the NW elite line received the CSB?
