I need some advice on where you think that I should sit.

At the end of November I am flying EWR-TLV for my wedding. I will be Y as I am currently not working and studying for my MS, money is not exactly flowing freely. As I am elite I can choose to sit in the first couple of rows of Y or get my bulkhead seat in 32. Should I sit up front and have the ability to plug in my laptop, or take the bulkhead and the extra room that it affords?

(PS. If only Elites are suppossed to be sitting in 32 why not install the EmPower outlets to that row?)
