I've used vouchers several times. It takes a few days after they receive the voucher, but you get the price quoted when you called the aagent to buy the ticket. The sentence about changes and price adjustments doesn't mean anything unless you've actually made changes (seems to be some standard thing they put in for incomplete tickets...).
Overall, it's always worked well for me, just be patient.
