Thanks Cova and others, for clearing this up. We think we now understand how to get there. To explain, we are 70 and only fly about once a year and are on our way to Lisbon to catch a cruise. While this isn't a big deal to most folks, it is to us and we really appreciate your patience explaining the details to us.
