What NOT to say to a cranky gate agent

FLIGHT: 17-SEP, BA292
SCENE: Stalled general and looong priority boarding lines thanks to computer outage and pax confusion over which line is which. Tempers are high.

THE EXCHANGE:
BA: (general annoucement) "If you are not in FIRST or Club World you should be moving to your left"
Passenger in the back of Peasant class: "You just told us to move to the right"
BA: "I am speaking English to you now Sir, do you not understand me?"
Passenger: "I speak much better English that you do, SIR...."
BA: (pauses) "Give me your passport and boarding pass!"
Passenger: (stunned silence)
BA: (hand is out, waiting) "Please, Sir...."
BA: "GIVE THEM TO ME!!!"
Another Y Passenger: (in passing) "You did just tell us to move the right"
BA: (annoyed silence)
The gate agent then proceeds back to the other counter with the gentleman's passport and BP.

He did not board the plane that night.

Anyone else witness brilliant exchanges like this that have gotten pax punted?
