Under the relevant EU regulation, in case of downgrading, you are entitled to 1)30% of the price of your ticket for flights which are 1500 kilometres or less
2)50% of the price of your ticket for flights between 1500 and 3500 kilometres
3)75% for longer flights.

For MAN-ANU, you should therefore get 75% of the price you paid for the flight.
