My advice would be to go to Aeroplan. The future is too uncertain for employee's at AC. The entire contract is up for negot's in 2009 and there is a lot of fear about what ACE plans to do to keep it's employee costs down and whether it will contract out large parts of ground handling.

I personally think 2009 will see the entire sale of ac ground handling services therefore the current ac employees will be working for a new employer most likely HANDLEX.
