I'm flying in F outbound and J on the return from JFK to LHR tomorrow evening. Any bonus offers I can sign up for to pick up some extra bank miles for my trip? I saw the 5000 mile bonus for full fare economy and 2500 for restricted economy, but is there anything going on for premium travel classes?
