I got an outdated, non-responsive form letter from Sen. Durbin a few months ago and wrote back addressing the specific problems with the letter. His response? The very same outdated, non-responsive form letter. I sent another letter a couple of weeks ago and got no response.
OTOH, the junior Senator from IL (Obama) actually has somebody reading the letters and updating the forms.
