0430 sounds good. That is when I got there last November, and that turned out fine. You have to go through security when you enter the terminal, and then again one more time. Also, you will have to pay your departure tax and give back the form that you got on the way in. The lounge in SGN is nothing great, so I might even bypass it altoghether...
