I think the answer lies in who is the issuing carrier for the RTW. If it is an Air Canada ticket issued on 014 stock AND the flights in question are bona-fide 4 digit AC code share numbers than you are eligible for miles like any AC flight. If only one of the preceeding is true, I think you are out of luck.
