Thats why I always cringe when FA's post on this Forum that they are there primarily for passengers safety. I'm affraid that on matters of life and death history indicates all training goes out of the Window [So to speak].
While I agree with you, wasn't it the FAs and crew who were praised for their quick thinking and action on that AF flight in YYZ a couple of years ago?
