I ordered a phone thru MileagePlus Wireless with TMobile service and thought the whole process was flawless. The phone arrived within a few days and was already activated. Much easier than going to a store, and I never had a need to call customer service.

The issue may just be with Cingular. I had issues with them in the past so that's why I went with TMobile.
