Check your Account History at Delta.com.
It should post something like this:
Activity date Flight # + booking class 500 (Miles) 250(Bonus Miles - these are the Class of Service miles) 750(Total Miles = base + CoS) 750(MQMs Earned)
Under it should be a separate entry for your Medallion bonus miles.
