FWIW, back when I was also a FO (last year), I routinely received 875 (500+250+125) Skymiles and 750 MQMs when flying on a M class fare on the Delta Shuttle.
As far as mainline.....on LGA-ATL (761 base miles) in Y earlier this year, as a PM I received 1902 Skymiles and 1142 MQMs.
