Thumbs down Z Class = 100% Non Refundable?
Made a reservation from SFO-JNB in Z class and was told by VS staff that the ticket is 100% non refundable even though Saber and Amadeus do not list any cancellation penalties. Any ideas from someone out there?

I would be a shame to spend $7500 and find out it had no refund value in the case I needed to cancel..
