I did my last MAN-JFK just before the OCW was about to be removed. Quite frankly the service and food were cr@p. I think the staff then were mainline, but didn't really give the impresison of caring, or even of running a CW cabin. The food was poor, the sandwiches on the afternoon tea were a joke - better to be had at a cheap wedding buffet. I could only dream of M&S, or Boots pre-pack.

The cabin was worn - but I knew what I was getting there, unlike some who were expecting a flat bad. BD food on the "new" BA plane, with some of the better BD staff would be ideal.

I doubt I would fly this again - the only reason I did was to restart an AONE3 from NYC. Next time it may (shock, horror) be on Continental.
