I own a condo at Paradise Village, and have been visiting the place since 1995.
It's a great spot, however, it is about 30 minutes from downtown PV; so be prepared for a decent ride into the city. You can cab it or drive; be warned that parking in PV is a challenge, so sometimes it's worth it to leave the car at home and take a cab (especially if alcohol is involved
).
