It was a much better program when you could just enter your phone number and MP number to get the credit for miles via UA's site.

Now you have to buy from this "outsourced to India company".....

You would think that UA has heard enough complaints about their own customer service to move anything else to India, but I guess it all comes down to $'s in the end.
