The problem still not resolved. I e-mailed Mr Paul Douglas and received the following reply :
"Recent problems with the automatic crediting of online booking bonuses have been resolved however.
Your online transactions will only show a limited number of recent transactions but if they disappeared completely then that is probably a temporary problem. If this persists please let me know."
I replied that it was indeed persisting.
