What I meant by reissuing in my question is not changing from E-tix to paper tix. According to SQ or TG, in E-tix, switching the airlines from the original carrier in the E-tix, they have to reissue the E-tix, so that the new one will show the correct airline I want.
Perhaps the E-tix reciprocity hasn't been established yet.
