If you ring BA in London and ask for an A seat on an particular flight, you might be told that there is no availability. I don't understand how this can work. If I call BAEC from here in Switzerland on the local 0800, it nominally is routed to Bremen, but more often than not gets answered by a call center that could be anywhere (my last experience I was dealt with by a friendly voice in Seattle). How can the agent in Seattle show different availability depending on where I am calling from? I'm not saying it's not possible, just that it sounds terribly complicated!
