Strange. My wife just was downgraded from RA to A and her new package contained both the BOGO and the 5K cert. Could it be there are inconsistencies in IC/PC practices? (Regards, Jet2K.)

A RA colleague just received his free Ambassador membership renewal (I assume as part of his downgrade from RA to A), and the kit does not containt the 5k cert. Everything else was there, including the BOGO cert, but the 5K cert was no where to be found.
