I started another topic, about KLM Award difficulties, in making a booking for a young friend of mine who is moving to the US shortly.

I was reminded by spotting the Student site on KLM .com, that we might be able to get a decent price ticket there, as he was a student up until this week, having just completed and passed his PHD.

I am not able to access the student site - it simply refuses to load on my computer - it basically just hangs. This has been the case since Wednesday, and although I do not recall when I have last accessed this section previously, but I know that I have done so.

Action fares load for me in seconds - I do have broadband, so I just cannot understand this.
