Michael Shane Lasseter, the man responsible for breaching security in Atlanta last week, is only being charged with a misdemeanor at this time because he broke no federal laws. Local law enforcement is still trying to find a way to bring more charges. How long will it take to pass a law making any security breach a federal crime now that security will be under that jurisdiction?
