For leg room, the best seats on row ten are the aisle seats in the middle block, D and G. You should be able to stretch at least one leg into the C class compartment in front.
On night flights such as NBO-AMS, I personally prefer 10A. I bring a large bottle of water, earplugs and slumber shades, ask the FA not to serve me supper or breakfast, and turn in straight after take-off. Disturbance from other pax is minimal when seated in 10A, and there is plenty of space for my carry-ons behind the last row of seats in the C class cabin directly in front.
