Tim's right. 10AB are very good, as there are just the two seats with A being the window. But I'm a big guy, so I'd also try 10 HJK, with K being the window. If you got H & K, J might be empty for stretching out. SFO-AMS is an overnight, leaving at 4 pm, and arriving around 11-ish the next morning. If your flying LAX, the times are the same, but I think they are using 747's...
