I have been fiendishly searching for fares from: SJC/SFO/OAK to NYC: JFK/HPN/BDL (in CT). I have not found but one flight with W fares available, and that one flight PS JFK-SFO 12/29 UA 17 8:15 pm has W9... None of the flights have more than a few seats booked... I mean none. SFO-ORD-BDL going... or SJC for that matter. and JFK-SFO coming back.

Need a little help... Ideally SJC-(ORD)-HPN early morning on 12/24 and JFK-(LAX)-SJC on 12/29 late evening. Help! I need something $400 ish or less on UA. Any suggestions, any idea if W fares are being held and will release later, if on holiday weekend, they are locked out, etc.
